About NATRA Blog

This page is meant for folks to post their thoughts on the Saturday group run. I (Neil) will post a blurb about who showed up and where it was held. From there, I hope that other runners will share their thoughts since we often have different experiences on the same run. Enjoy!

Sedona Marathon Aid Station 5: "The Running Dead"

For the 7th straight year, Northern Arizona Trail Runners Association staffed the Sedona Marathon Aid Station 5. For the first six events, we suited up in black tie above the belt - however, this year we were feeling a bit feisty and out of sorts. So the Zombie theme seemed more than appropriate. We were then joined by Polka Katzen and their awesome upbeat music that kept the zombies dancing for joy, and not eating any runners. Plans are in the works for an even crazier aid station next year!

  1. The zombie aid station was the best one! Thanks for being there to help out. It made this race extra fun. I look forward to seeing what next year's station will look like.
